Solar Busbar
Busbars have a vital function in making solar panels work efficiently. They conduct DC power that the panels generate when hit by photons. These contacts are printed onto the surface via screen printing.
Usually, solar busbars are made of a silver paste or other highly conductive materials. The silver plating is necessary to improve current conduction (front) and to reduce oxidation (rear).
Our Busbars are consist of fabricated copper layers separated by thin dielectric materials, laminated into a unified structure. This design offers several advantages.
Solar Busbars Features
- Low inductance
- Controlled partial discharge
- High current and voltage capabilities
- Compact and flexible
- Fully customized
- Possibility of component integration ( e.g. capacitors )
- For solar energy systems

Solar Panel String Connection - FAQ
[sc_fs_multi_faq headline-0=”h2″ question-0=”How to wire up solar cells?” answer-0=”For solar panel connection in series, connect the positive terminal to the negative terminal of each panel until you have only a single positive and negative connection. Solar panels connected in series add or sum the voltages generated by each panel to get the total output voltage of the system, as shown in the diagram.” image-0=”” headline-1=”h2″ question-1=”Can solar panels be connected in series?” answer-1=”Yes. Solar modules can be electrically connected in series to increase the output voltage, or they can be connected in parallel to increase the output current. ” image-1=”” headline-2=”h2″ question-2=”How to wire solar panels in parallel?” answer-2=”Yes, wiring two solar panels together is possible. When connecting two solar panels in parallel, the positive pole of one module is connected to the positive pole of the other module and the negative poles of the two modules are connected to each other. Wiring two solar panels together in parallel increases the amperage, but the voltage remains the same.” image-2=”” count=”3″ html=”true” css_class=””]
